Job summary

nbn is seeking to attract more Women and First Nations individuals to join our ACCOM award-winning Customer Field Technician Traineeship Program, promoting capability, cultural equality, and diversity across our operations teams and communities. The Trainee Customer Field Technicians will be in field roles, connecting customers to the internet, with a permanent full-time contract and paid training.

The program includes a national qualification paid for by nbn and a dedicated support team to help

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and work independently.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel in the field.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet.
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements.
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship.
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship.
