Job summary

nbn is seeking a Trainee Customer Field Technician to join its ACCOM award-winning program, aimed at promoting capability and diversity across its field service teams in Australia. You will be trained on-the-job, learn digital connectivity, and progress toward a nationally recognised Cert III in Telecommunications Technology.

You will receive a paid, permanent full-time position with leave entitlements, a nationally recognised qualification paid for by nbn, and support from experts as you work

Qualifications

• Inquisitive mind and eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and at pace.
• Driver's license required.
• Passion for customer service and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field connecting customers to the internet.
• Permanent full-time employment with leave entitlements.
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship.
• Receive on-the-job training from field experts to become a Customer Field Technician.
