Job summary

nbn Co is seeking to attract more women and First Nations individuals to join our ACCOM award-winning Customer Field Technician Traineeship Program. The 12-month program pays while you learn and covers a nationally recognised Cert III in Telecommunications Technology.

You’ll mainly work in the field, connecting customers to the internet, with a permanent full-time contract and 18 weeks of parental leave. A company vehicle, tools, and safety gear are provided, supporting a stable, inclusive

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced field-based role.
• Willing to learn and adapt with support from industry experts.
• Full working rights in Australia required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician
