Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Paid Social or Performance Marketing.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads.
• Experience managing large campaign budgets and delivering ROAS.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, attribution, funnel strategy, and creative testing.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise based on insights and performance metrics.
• Experience working across eCommerce.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Passion for digital marketing, emerging trends, and platform innovation.
