Job summary

Elephant Room is a performance marketing agency seeking a Paid Media Manager with a strong focus on social media to own campaigns for an allocated client portfolio. You will build and manage ads across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more, while overseeing performance and budgets.

Based in Australia, you will coordinate a remote team of paid media specialists and collaborate with the measurement team to drive incremental uplift and reporting for client reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Paid Media Specialist.
• Experience creating paid social media strategies that align with client objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using and managing data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to connect with a range of stakeholders and build positive relationships.
• Ability to think and solve problems creatively.
• A genuine passion for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands.
• Based in Sydney or Adelaide with Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ad campaigns across your allocated clients on all paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Manage campaign performance: objective optimisations, audience targeting, ad creative changes, bid pacing, exclusions, budget changes, split tests, data feed optimisation
• Own client budgets and establish new ratios and splits by objective, placement and platform
• Propose and implement optimisation strategies across all paid media channels
• Test new strategy, tactics and platform features
• Partner with the measurement team on incremental uplift of advertising changes
• Educate internal stakeholders on the latest platform initiatives and product changes
• Coordinate a remote team of paid media specialists
• Support quarterly business reviews and fortnightly meetings, reporting on clicks, impressions, spend and revenue
