Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Practice Manager to unite people, systems and daily operations of our paediatric allied health clinic. You will lead our therapy and administration team, oversee the clinic’s day-to-day running and champion an exceptional experience for children and families.

You will ensure scheduling, billing and admin processes run smoothly, manage Halaxy and Microsoft 365, develop SOPs and contribute to service development and future planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in practice or clinic management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in allied health, paediatrics, NDIS or Halaxy is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead therapy and administration teams and oversee operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support therapy and administration team; provide guidance on non-clinical matters.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the clinic, including scheduling, diaries, staffing and facilities.
• Champion exceptional experience for children and families from enquiry to ongoing therapy.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, accounts and admin processes.
• Manage systems and processes (Halaxy and Microsoft 365).
• Develop and maintain SOPs, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate school holiday groups and practice initiatives.
• Contribute to service development, recruitment, growth and future planning.
• Collaborate with external contractors and service providers.
• Monitor practice performance and address issues proactively.
