Job summary

Cup & Carry is seeking a Sales & Service Specialist to join our established team in Adelaide. Working with an existing customer base you’ll build relationships, identify opportunities and help customers find the packaging solutions that reflect their brand.

As the first point of contact, you’ll manage enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and deliver outstanding service without cold calling or travel. You’ll become a trusted adviser that customers enjoy dealing with.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Ability to build relationships and identify customer needs.
• Comfortable working with quotes, orders and product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers across hospitality, retail, corporate, marketing agency, event and reseller channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend packaging solutions that create value and grow sales.
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage the order process from enquiry through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to add value through alternative packaging solutions and services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience.
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
