Job summary

Fromm Packaging Australia Pty is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to drive growth across Queensland. You will mix in-person meetings and phone outreach to identify customer needs, present tailored packaging solutions, and close deals with high integrity.

Based in Richlands with regular regional travel, you will nurture new and existing customers, develop relationships, and work with our training-led onboarding to hit ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person or over the phone to understand needs.
• Nurture relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention.
• Develop and deliver tailored packaging solutions for industrial clients.
• Balance in-person interactions with digital outreach to grow sales.
• Travel across the Queensland region to meet with customers.

What We're Looking For:

Due to growth in our Sales team, we are on the hunt for an additonal Sales Specialist preferably with experience in industrial packaging, logistics or manufacturing.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Bring a proven track record of sales success and a talent for nurturing relationships with new and existing customers.

Be skilled in using a blend of in-person interactions and digital strategies to drive business growth.

Have a solid understanding of industrial packaging solutions or industry knowledge of logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management—enabling you to provide optimal solutions to our customers.

Possess strong time management skills, strong computer literacy and a customer-centric mindset that puts customer needs first.

Exhibit high levels of integrity in all professional interactions.

Location:

Our office is based in Richlands, and you will need to regularly travel across the Queensland region.
