Job summary

Omni Group in Ingleburn, NSW is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to support packaging equipment at customer sites, focusing on preventative maintenance, servicing and technical support.

In this role you will diagnose faults, perform repairs onsite and in the workshop, set up and test new and returned equipment, and deliver detailed service reports within 24 hours, while fostering strong customer relationships and identifying additional service opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventative maintenance or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sites
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs (onsite and in workshop)
