Qualifications

• Dual trade qualification or Electrical Fitter experience highly regarded.
• Maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing (FMCG/beverage) essential.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and overhaul skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership.
• Commitment to safety, quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, equipment overhauls and continuous improvement activities across high-speed packaging machinery.
• Provide specialist mechanical maintenance support, with some electrical work depending on qualifications and experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and optimise machine performance.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues, applying practical problem-solving to find solutions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to deliver sustainable improvements and minimise disruptions.
• Support and supervise external contractors undertaking specialist maintenance activities.
• Champion a safety-first culture across the brewery.
