Qualifications

• Show an experience in change management, communications content development and project management with a focus on delivering transformative change.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders. Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
