You'll be joining our Pace Central Change and Communications Team playing a crucial role in driving transformative change across the organisation.

• Lead and manage the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to support transformative change initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify and address change impacts and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to effectively engage and inform all levels of the organisation.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices and methodologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Pace Central Change and Communications Team.
