TechnologyOne's People & Culture team is seeking an Operations Advisor to be a trusted first point of contact for staff, guiding onboarding, changes and HRIS data while ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.

You'll work with cross-functional partners to deliver cyclical activities, improve processes and reporting, and support colleagues with accurate, discreet handling of information in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Experience in P&C operations or HR administration.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and employment agreements.
• Relevant degree completed or in progress.

As our People & Culture Operations Advisor, you will be a trusted first point of contact for team members and leaders, providing practical advice and ensuring employee lifecycle activities run smoothly. From onboarding and employment changes to people systems and reporting, your work will have a meaningful impact across the business. What you'll be doing…

• Provide timely, practical advice on P&C policies and processes, resolving everyday queries and connecting people with specialist support when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and employment changes, preparing accurate employment documentation and payroll inputs.
• Keep people systems and employee records accurate, manage and maintain HRIS data and resolve operational requests with care and discretion.
• Partner with P&C Business Partners and specialist teams within the People & Culture team to deliver cyclical people activities and a consistent service experience.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, strengthen data quality and improve the employee experience.
• Contribute to projects such as onboarding improvements, contractor management and remote work compliance.
• Experience in P&C operations, HR administration or a similar role, with knowledge of contemporary people practices and employee lifecycle processes.
• Confidence interpreting awards, employment agreements, policies and legislative requirements, and preparing accurate employment documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential people information.
• A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to prioritise competing requests and deliver high-quality work in a busy, evolving environment.
• Warm, clear communication and the ability to build trusted relationships with team members and leaders at all levels.
• Confidence working with people systems and data, alongside a curiosity for solving problems and improving processes.
• A relevant degree, completed or in progress.
