Accor is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to join our Asset Management Team. You will nurture owner relationships across a diverse property portfolio, act as a brand ambassador, and help grow keys under management.

The role emphasizes calm problem solving, de-escalation, and industry knowledge of letting options and regulations. We sponsor real estate certification during paid hours and screen all candidates per AML/CTF requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to make stakeholders feel heard.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Real estate license or transferable certificate preferred; sponsorship available.
• Mandatory AML/CTF background screening and police check.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust with current apartment owners and connect with potential investors and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving & Investigation: Respond to inquiries, analyze account data, and deliver clear resolutions.
