Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join the Bridgeman Downs display centre in Brisbane. You will manage the full customer journey from enquiry to signed contract and work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers.

You''ll present home designs and inclusions, build relationships, and aim to exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment. The role offers an OTE of $300K+ with uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and strong career growth within Clarendon

About you

• Proven experience in residential new home sales
• Previous experience with knockdown rebuild saleswill be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the Brisbane marketpreferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills

• Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
• Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
