Job summary

ibis Budget Melbourne Airport, part of the Accor family, is seeking a reliable Guest Service Agent (Overnight) to join our Front Office team. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will work independently overnight, delivering warm, professional service and ensuring smooth hotel operations from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required. We offer guaranteed minimum hours, overnight accommodation, free on-site parking and opportunities to develop your hospitality career

Responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
• Provide warm, professional and friendly service to all guests
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolving concerns promptly
• Managing reservations and front office administration tasks
• Maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff and the property during overnight hours
• Conducting property checks and completing overnight audit procedures
• Ensuring accurate handover information to the morning team
