Job summary

ibis Budget Melbourne Airport, part of Accor, is seeking a reliable Guest Service Agent for overnight shifts to join our Front Office team. This role suits someone who delivers warm, professional service and can work independently overnight.

Responsibilities include processing arrivals and departures, managing reservations, assisting guests, and ensuring safety during the night. Weekend availability, 11:00pm–7:00am shifts, and on-site parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as Guest Service Agent or Front Office role, especially night desk.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processing guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
• Providing warm, professional and friendly service to all guests
• Responding to guest enquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
• Managing reservations and front office administration tasks
• Maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff and the property during overnight hours
• Conducting property checks and completing overnight audit procedures
• Ensuring accurate handover information to morning team
