PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team on a part-time or full-time basis. You will work the overnight shift from 10pm to 7am and support guests with check-in, check-out and information services.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years hotel front desk experience, a passion for hospitality, the ability to handle guest inquiries, a current driver’s licence, and a flexible, rotating roster.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a hotel front desk or similar hospitality role.
• Strong passion for hospitality and delivering gracious service.
• Resilience and confidence to handle guest inquiries and concerns.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to work rotating rosters.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay.
• Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services.
• Report to Hotel Duty Manager and maintain a professional impression.
• Create a positive first and last impression of PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport.
