Job summary

Accor’s ibis Budget Melbourne Airport is seeking a reliable Guest Service Agent (Overnight) part-time to join the Front Office team. You will work independently during the overnight shift, ensuring top-tier guest service and smooth operations from 11:00pm to 7:00am, with weekend availability.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, bookings, guest inquiries, and overnight audits, with on-site overnight accommodation and penalties as per award.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Service or Front Office preferred.
• Excellent guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight and handle queries calmly.

Responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals, departures and room allocations.
• Provide warm, professional service to all guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage reservations and front office administration tasks.
• Ensure safety and security during overnight hours.
• Conduct overnight audit procedures and handover to morning team.
