The Bonobo by Raesis Byron Bay invites an Overnight Manager to join the Guest Services team. This role covers overnight operations (22:30–06:30) across Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction with discreet, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality, accommodation, tourism, or related service industries.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
• Experience handling guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Bonobo in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner at all times.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a high level of attention to detail.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local area to assist guests effectively.
• Absorb guest feedback and handover to Manager for a resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect guest privacy and security.
• Respond to safety, security, and emergency incidents and communicate with relevant departments.
• Follow safety, emergency, security, and workplace procedures.
• Conduct regular hotel security checks and patrols; ensure exits and access points are clear.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with overnight Food & Beverage operations and room service orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in guest areas and service spaces.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Security teams to uphold standards.
