Job summary

Crystalbrook Byron is seeking a motivated Night Auditor for our rainforest resort. Reporting to the Night Managers and Front Office Manager, you will ensure smooth overnight front office operations, balance nightly cash, handle guest requests, and coordinate with night team to maintain service standards.

The ideal candidate has a love of numbers, attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• Love of numbers and attention to detail.
• Front Office experience is desirable but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and hotel operations.
• Positive, proactive mindset for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and cash balancing.
• Address guest requests and incidents during night hours.
• Coordinate with Night Managers to maintain service standards.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Night Auditor for our stunning rainforest resort, Crystalbrook Byron. Reporting to our Night Managers and subsequently, Front Office Manager you understand how important our guest services are and be confident to acknowledge challenges that can occur in a hotel environment at night.You will work effectively in a small team and be the type of person who thrives in a varied position and is self-accountable.

Skills and experience:

• A love of crunching numbers and an eye for detail.
• Previous Hotel Front Office experience is desirable but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• The ability to work with Opera and a general understanding of hotel operations.
• A personality to rival any sunrise you will see!
• You can balance the requirements of night shifts and are seeking regular shifts acrossa 7 day Roster.
