Responsibilities

• As Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, manage daily operations at IKEA (Innaloo) store, including container receivals, unloads, and replenishment.
• Lead rostering, breaks, and KPI achievement for the Fulfilment Operations team.
• Ensure stock allocation, inventory control, and investigations into discrepancies.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and development of team talents for a high-performing, diverse team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment compliant with IKEA Code of Conduct and local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer shopping experience through product quality and stock accuracy.
• Champion safety, wellbeing and accountability while achieving business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with forklift use and other warehouse equipment.
