Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Sydney is hiring a Warehouse Co-worker on a part-time basis. You will perform picking, packing, and stock replenishment across the Market Hall and self-serve areas, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.

The role requires physical fitment for lifting, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A forklift licence is advantageous; training and uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail or other operational environments.
• Collaborative mindset and confident communication with cross-team colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
• Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and moving stock safely.
• Comfortable using digital tools and inventory systems.
• Forklift licence (LF) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and checking orders to meet KPIs.
• Replenishing stock across Market Hall, furniture and self-serve areas.
• Monitoring inventory levels and counting stock; investigating discrepancies.
• Moving and handling goods safely with pallet jacks and equipment.
• Restocking furniture and home items from small accessories to large items.
• Using handheld devices to manage stock movements and replenishment.
• Maintaining clean, safe warehouse and sales floor areas.
• Following IKEA safety procedures at all times.
