Job summary

IKEA Tempe, NSW, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Manager to lead a team across Fulfilment Operations and the wider business. You will drive forecasting, range management, inventory health, and performance insights to optimise stock, cost, and availability.

This role champions continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration in an omnichannel retail environment. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is essential and must demonstrate coaching and development of teams.
• Knowledge of forecasting, range management, inventory management, and sales planning.
• Strong ability to use data and performance insights to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team across Fulfilment Operations and the wider business.
• Foster an inclusive culture focused on collaboration, learning, and high performance.
• Partner with commercial and fulfilment teams on activations, range changes, and forecasting.
• Ensure stock accuracy and inventory health through proactive planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive improvements to stock structure, inventory health, and cost efficiency.
• Lead adoption of fulfilment solutions to maximise system effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support implementation of local, national, and global fulfilment initiatives with stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance end-to-end fulfilment operations.
