Job summary

IKEA Tempe, NSW is recruiting for a permanent full-time Fulfilment Integration Manager. The role reports to the Fulfilment Manager and requires a rotating day/evening roster with weekend shifts, as well as pre-employment checks.

You will lead a team across fulfilment operations and inventory planning, partnering with commercial and fulfilment teams to deliver activations, range changes and optimal stock health. This is a people-centred leadership role at IKEA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching teams across fulfilment operations and inventory planning.
• Strong forecasting and range management skills with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of stock accuracy, inventory health, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in omnichannel retail and driving cost-conscious process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team and build robust cross-functional relationships.
