Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight Front Office operation, ensuring prompt, professional service.
• Respond to guest concerns and issues with sound judgement and appropriate escalation.
• Oversee Reception, Concierge and Porter operations and maintain service standards.
• Monitor Front Office and public areas for presentation, safety and operational issues.
• Recognise and reward VIP, regular and IHG Rewards guests; promote True Hospitality.
• Ensure accurate handovers and communicate key matters to the day team.
• Maintain health, safety, security and brand compliance across the hotel.
• Oversee night audit and preparation of daily financial reports; reconcile accounts.
• Monitor guest billing and transactions; identify opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Support labour rostering and timesheet approvals; assist with wage controls.
