Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join the Front Office team in Geelong, Australia. You will manage overnight front desk duties, hotel night audit processes and guest interactions while supporting daytime operations as needed.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure secure, accurate financial handling and memorable guest

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check-in and check-out guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Process guest payments, charges and billing accurately.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests and concierge-related services.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, calmly and with empathy.
• Complete all Night Audit procedures, including end-of-day processing, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure accurate handling of financial transactions and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct overnight property checks and remain alert to guest safety and security.
• Maintain high standards of guest service throughout the night.
• Support the Front Office team during daytime operations when required.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with overnight operational requirements and respond appropriately to unexpected situations.

We're looking for a passionate hotelier to join our Front Office team as a Night Auditor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine desire to grow their career within the Rooms Division and develop a strong understanding of both Front Office operations and hotel night audit procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Front Office leadership team and will have the opportunity to support both overnight Night Audit operations and daytime Front Desk operations. We're looking for someone who is more than just a hotel employee, someone who is a people person, a problem solver and genuinely enjoys taking care of others.

• Previous hotel, Front Office, Night Audit or relevant customer-service experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling payments, billing and financial reconciliations.

• Someone who can remain calm, professional and solution-focused under pressure.
• The ability to work independently overnight while also being a strong team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn, take responsibility and continuously improve.
• A strong desire to grow and build a career within Rooms Division is a must.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
