You will handle payments accurately, respond to inquiries, and uphold confidentiality and brand standards while delivering memorable service in a late-night shift.

Qualifications

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded).
• Sound knowledge of local area and surroundings.
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during check-in/check-out and throughout stay.
• Handle reservations via phone or email promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Secure payments and issue room keys to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage credit and cash transactions and charges to guest accounts.
