Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in Sydney to contact customers with overdue accounts, understand their circumstances and negotiate repayments. You will handle high volumes of calls, use internal systems to locate customers and build trust to reach sustainable outcomes.

Training is provided and there are clear progression paths. With a Monday–Friday schedule and hybrid work after six months, the role offers uncapped monthly bonuses, a Certificate III in Financial Services
