Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in Parramatta to contact customers with overdue accounts, understand circumstances, and negotiate repayments. You’ll gain strong communication and financial services skills with award-winning training and a clear career path.

Role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with full training, uncapped bonuses, and hybrid work after six months. No weekends or late nights. Certificate III in Financial Services offered during training.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayments. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage overdue accounts on behalf of major Australian financial institutions

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer and third party calls

  • Use internal systems and tools to locate customers and re-establish contact

  • Build trust and rapport while negotiating sustainable customer‑focused repayment solutions

  • Manage objections effectively and work toward positive outcomes for all parties

  • Ensure all actions comply with industry regulations, policies and compliance requirements



What We’re Looking For:


  • You don’t need collections experience, many of our leaders started in this role. What matters is your drive and your ability to connect with people

  • Ideal backgrounds include call centres, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or any role where communication and resilience are essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A natural problem solver who can think on their feet

  • Comfortable using computer systems and databases

  • Motivated by results, targets and a fast‑paced environment
