Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to oversee logistical coordination and administration of outreach visits from our Perth site.

You’ll support rostering of clinical staff, be the main contact for enquiries, confirm trip dates with communities, handle invoicing, and work with the Work Health Safety team to monitor hazards, ensuring safe, well-organised outreach that benefits both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of First Nations communities and culture.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Commitment to best-practice customer service.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Rostering of clinical staff availability for outreach trips.
• Primary point of contact for enquiries relating to outreach visits and services.
• Confirm outreach trip dates with communities and stakeholders.
• Invoicing and receipting as required.
• Liaise with Manager and WHS team to monitor hazards and re-evaluate trips.
• Report hazards or incidents via Hearing Australia reporting process.
