Responsibilities

• Support Manager with rostering of clinical staff availability for outreach trips
• Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries relating to outreach visits and services
• Confirming outreach trip dates with communities, stakeholders in advance and in the lead up to the trip
• Invoicing & receipting as required
• Liaise with Manager and the Work Health Safety team to assess and monitor potential hazards on outreach trips
• Engage in the reporting of hazards or incidents via Hearing Australia processes
