Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in contemporary office administration including planning, organising, prioritising and meeting deadlines.

• Well-developed ability to work individually and as part of a team with effective verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to work with general supervision and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day rostering and supervision of clerical staff and trainees as Outpatient Appointment Schedulers.
• Prioritise daily duties within Outpatient Appointment Scheduling to meet service delivery objectives.
• Facilitate team cohesion and efficient service outcomes for the outpatient scheduling team.
• Monitor quality control and engage in improvements per established policies and procedures.
