The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Team Leader to provide day-to-day rostering and supervision of Outpatient Appointment Scheduling clerical staff and trainees, ensuring service delivery standards and objectives are understood and met.

You will prioritise daily duties, promote team cohesion, and monitor quality control to support continuous improvement of operational practices within the outpatient scheduling team across Tasmania.

Competenze

• Knowledge of contemporary office administration and ability to plan, organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience supervising and motivating a dynamic team of reception and data entry staff.
• Strong communication and liaison across clients and health professionals.
