• Provide administrative support across outpatient reception, booking, call centre and ambulatory service areas as required.
• Manage appointments, cancellations, rescheduling and waiting lists.
• Respond to patient, clinician and stakeholder enquiries with professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate patient information across Queensland Health information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across outpatient reception, booking, call centre and ambulatory service areas as operationally required.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and waiting lists in accordance with standards.
