Job summary

Thredbo is seeking an Outdoor Host Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Outdoor Hosts during shifts in the resort and village. You will lead briefs, monitor performance and ensure safety and high service standards for winter guests.

As part of Thredbo's Guest Services team, you will resolve guest issues, train staff, and maintain a positive team culture while delivering memorable adventures for guests exploring Kosciuszko National Park.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a tourism-based customer service role.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience supervising others and delivering staff briefs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving issues and sharing resort knowledge.
• Support staff training through plans and manuals with hands-on delivery.
• Supervise, support and guide outdoor hosts; deliver daily briefs and monitor performance.
• Oversee day-to-day outdoor operations, manage crowds and uphold safety procedures.
