Job summary

Thredbo Alpine Village is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to clean and restock hotel rooms, apartments, and public areas across Thredbo Alpine Hotel and related properties. You will work both independently and as part of a supportive team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with guest-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced resort setting.

• Clean and restock Thredbo Alpine Hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and public areas.
• Launder all hotel and apartment linen.
• Maintain 4-star level cleanliness across rooms and facilities.

The Housekeeping team ensures guests have unforgettable experiences throughout their stay in Thredbo Village. They cover a range of accommodations such as the Thredbo Alpine Hotel and Thredbo Alpine Apartments as well as various external properties. Roles range through all stages of a guests experience from making their booking, preparing for their arrival and ensuring they are welcome and assisted throughout their entire stay.

Within all roles it is a requirement to provide excellent customer service, maintain a strong level of knowledge about the resort and deal well in fast paced environments.

Housekeeping Attendant:

Housekeepers are the behind-the-scenes team essential to the guests' experience. While being responsible for cleaning and restocking the Thredbo Alpine Hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and public areas as well as the Alpine Apartments and Riverside Cabins, you also look after laundering all the linen for the hotel & apartments. Working independently and as part of a team to attend to all aspects of cleaning hotel rooms and apartments to a 4-star level.
