Peabody Energy Corporation seeks an experienced Outbye Electrical Coordinator for Centurion underground mine, 160 km west of Mackay. You will plan, execute and close-out electrical maintenance to support reliability and production targets.

Lead maintenance strategies, coach crews and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while coordinating with OEMs, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical trade qualification or engineering degree required.
• Supervisor qualifications (S1/S2/S3/G2) are preferred.
• Experience in underground coal mining environments essential.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance systems desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and implementation of electrical maintenance strategies.
• Provide leadership and coaching to electrical maintenance crews.
• Ensure equipment reliability and compliance with mine plans.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, contractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee weekly schedules, shutdown planning and investigations.
