Job summary

Optimove is seeking a motivated Call Centre Sales & Customer Service Consultant for our West End office in Brisbane. This full-time, onsite role converts enquiries into bookings and delivers exceptional customer service.

You will handle inbound calls, online and email inquiries, ask the right questions, build rapport, and upsell services while achieving sales targets in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in telephone-based customer service, sales, call centres or a similar environment.
• Proven history converting enquiries or leads into sales/bookings.
• Strong active-listening skills and confidence asking for the booking and closing a sale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Experience working with KPIs, targets or measurable performance standards.
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while converting inbound enquiries into bookings.
• Answer inbound telephone, online and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed removal bookings.
• Ask right questions, listen to understand customer requirements.
• Build rapport and explain value of choosing Optimove.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, availability, and moving requirements.
• Identify concerns and overcome objections without high-pressure selling.
• Follow up quotes and enquiries to capture bookings.
• Upsell relevant packing, moving and related services.
