Seven West Media Limited is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative for The West Australian in Perth, WA. Join our Contact Centre team in Osborne Park to convert conversations into sales and grow your media sales career with training and ongoing support.

You'll pitch advertising across print and digital platforms, manage a personal pipeline, and aim to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets, with competitive base salary and commission structure.

Qualifications

• Outbound, B2B or high-activity sales experience.
• Confident on the phone and able to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
• Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and keep moving toward targets.
• Competitive mindset with strong desire to exceed targets.
• Motivated by commission and ownership of earnings.
• Able to manage call volumes, follow-ups and pipeline activity consistently.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Pitch advertising solutions across print and digital platforms.
• Sell premium brands including The West Australian, thewest.com.au and PerthNow.
• Manage your own pipeline and close deals consistently.
• Work towards clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
