Outbound Customer Service Specialist

Are you a customer-focused sales professional with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering seamless service? We are exclusively recruiting for an established market leader in premium water filtration solutions, seeking an Outbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their Adelaide team.

Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, this dynamic, dual-focused role balances proactive outbound sales with exceptional end-to-end customer care. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, helping them choose the ideal filtration solutions, managing subscriptions, and resolving enquiries with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales & Consultation: Proactively engage customers to recommend, cross-sell, and tailor water filtration solutions while achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality customer support across phone, email, and online channels, prioritizing first-pass resolution on all enquiries and concerns.
• Order & After-Sales Management: Process orders, quotes, subscriptions, returns, credits, and service requests with 100% accuracy using Zoho CRM and Books.
• Delivery & Logistics Coordination: Check delivery schedules, manage backorders, track order progress, and communicate stock or delivery updates to customers.
• CRM & Data Integrity: Maintain complete customer records, track sales opportunities, and log all service cases and interactions within Zoho CRM.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve complex customer issues and support continuous process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Sales & Service Expertise: Demonstrated experience in outbound selling, customer service, and negotiation.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Proven track record of high accuracy in administrative tasks, order entry, and report maintenance.
• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on competency with MS Office and CRM applications (prior experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books is highly regarded).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities to handle customer escalations smoothly.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
