Mitolo Family Farms is seeking an experienced Dispatch Co-ordinator to manage the daily dispatch of finished goods from our Brisbane site. You will work with Production, Quality, Sales and Marketing, and transport partners to ensure on-time delivery and full, standard orders.

The role requires a background in dispatch or outbound logistics, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with drivers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in dispatch or outbound logistics
• Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations or Certificate IV in Warehousing and Logistics preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily dispatch schedules and book transport to meet customer deadlines
• Check orders, stock and dispatch paperwork before every load leaves site
• Enter transactions, transfers and seal numbers into FreshPack accurately
• Prepare invoices, consignment notes and collection paperwork for carriers
• Monitor carrier performance and escalate delivery risks
• Resolve shortages, quality issues and delays with internal teams and customers
• Maintain traceability and food safety compliance
• Support stocktakes and continuous improvement in dispatch

About the role

You’ll coordinate the daily dispatch of finished goods, working closely with Production, Quality, Sales and Marketing and our transport partners. Your day will include:

• Planning daily dispatch schedules and booking transport to meet customer deadlines.
• Checking orders, stock and dispatch paperwork before every load leaves site.
• Entering transactions, transfers and seal numbers accurately into FreshPack.
• Preparing invoices, consignment notes and collection paperwork for carriers.
• Monitoring carrier performance and escalating delivery risks before they become problems.
• Resolving shortages, quality issues and delays with internal teams and customers.
• Maintaining traceability, food safety and Chain of Responsibility compliance.
• Supporting stocktakes, inventory investigations and continuous improvement in dispatch.

About you

You’ll have demonstrated experience in a dispatch or outbound logistics role, and a proven ability to prioritise and manage time. You’ll be able to build strong rapport with a variety of internal and external stakeholders from all walks of life, and thrive in a team environment. In addition, you will:

• Have an ability to quickly identify key issues and formulate a solution
• Thrive on organising and have a passion for continuous improvement in a dead-line driven environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP or FreshPack would be ideal, but is not essential.
• Clear, confident communication with drivers, colleagues and customers alike.
• A sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

Produce industry experience and a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations or Certificate IV in Warehousing and Logistics will be highly regarded.
