Job summary

Stratco is an Australian-owned manufacturer and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions, seeking a detail-oriented Patio Estimator on the Gold Coast. This role focuses on turning plans into accurate estimates and delivering outstanding customer service to help create great outdoor living spaces.

You'll work with a collaborative team, determine material quantities, prepare CAD-related documents, and liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• A positive, enthusiastic approach, committed to enhancing the customer experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desirable – Experience in a similar or related role.
• Desirable – Ability to read plans, generate BOMs, and create pricing proposals.
• Desirable - Experience working with CAD design, plans and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Analytical and numerically proficient.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patios projects to determine required materials within the Stratco product range.
• Determining quantities of materials required.
• Liaise with Stratco team members, suppliers and customers.
• Prepare CAD, works orders and order requisitions.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Uphold our critical safety rules & contribute to a safe working environment.
