Responsibilities

• Manage motel bookings, enquiries, check-ins and check-outs.
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and basic maintenance reporting.
• Provide warm, welcoming customer service to guests and locals.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Cash handling, banking, and basic admin duties.
• Support pub team during busy periods and be on call after hours.
