Job summary

OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations in Adelaide's northern area. You will oversee customer service, assist in staff training and development, and help coordinate rostering to ensure smooth shifts.

You will monitor stock, generate routine reports, and implement health and safety policies. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork and a proactive approach to problem solving within a fast-paced retail environment.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
