OTR Group Horsham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run day-to-day store operations, oversee customer service, train team members, and assist with rostering and stock management. You will implement health and safety policies and drive a high standard of service.

About the Role Responsible for assisting with the day‑to‑day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
