Job summary

OTR Group is hiring for Console Operator roles in Australia. Part-time and casual positions are available.

You will focus on delivering great customer experiences, keeping the store welcoming, clean and well stocked, and you may handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should be comfortable working alone or as part of a team, ready for long periods on their feet and capable of moderate to heavy lifting.

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
