Job summary

OTR Group is hiring an Outbound- Console Operator at our Glasshouse Mountains site. You will focus on delivering great customer experiences, ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

This fast-paced role requires multitasking and strong time management, with opportunities to learn our product range and promotions. You should be comfortable working alone or in a team, with the stamina to stand for long periods and perform moderate lifting.

About the Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.


• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
