Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a Console Operator to ensure a welcoming store for Guests while maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. The role requires multitasking and efficient time management in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will deliver exceptional service, be comfortable working solo or in a team, and learn OTR’s range of products, including barista coffee. Flexibility for various shifts is essential to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light-to-moderate lifting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including late nights, mornings and weekends.
• Willing to learn product range and promotions.

About the Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests.

This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
