Job summary

OTR is seeking a Console Operator in Tailem Bend, SA. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment while promoting our barista coffee and product specials.

This role suits someone who can work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, and who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided to support our extensive product range.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is essential.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Willingness to learn and promote product range and specials.

OTR - Console Operator

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
